LIO Vierteiliges Fensterbild
Author: Pollet, Lieve
Folder with four patterns
The pattern is published in six languages: Dutch, French, English,
German, Italian and Spanish
The lace congress "Living Lace 2018 in Bruges" was the occasion to draw a binche lace in a modern form.
I immediately looked deeply into the great richness of binche lace and finally decided on a four-part window frame with different grounds,
which were combined with leaves and flowers.
The name has a reason:
I became "mum" again shortly before to a seventh grandchild, Lio.
The edition consists of four laces which together form a whole: a picture of the whole lace,
four working drawings and four bobbin lace letters to get started immediately. In addition,
the folder contains four further letters with needle points for the Parisian ground
to be able to work in linen lace without any problems.
